SkiffRopes make trapeze lines for 18 foot skiffs using LIROS 3mm D-Pro. Cam splices a locked eye at one end and an adjustable splice at the other.
You can buy a trapeze line from $45 or a set of 6 trapeze lines for $200.
You can buy the materials to make your own tapered spinnaker halyard for $80.
